One of my long-time friends just had her first child and I was recently thinking about how to buy a gift for the family. I know that sometimes new parents can get swamped by gifts, but I wanted to get them something memorable and fun. I decided to make them a costume for their baby and so the search started.

I started looking online and found a couple really cute options, but all of the costumes that had good reviews were sold out because of Halloween being so close. So then I thought about making one myself, but realized that I would have to buy a bunch of materials and that it might not turn out as well as I wanted it to. Then, as fate would have it, we received an email from Amazon about some new costumes that they were selling this Halloween season.

I perused through their costumes and came across this adorable Godzilla outfit for babies! This was perfect! The costume is grey with spikes down the back and even has cute little ears on the hood. The best part is that it comes in sizes up to 3T!
