Calling your Shego costume designer: It’s time to start thinking about Halloween.

I don’t know about you, but I have a lot going on this month with the Fall fashion shows and new projects in my studio, so it’s important for me to start getting organized early. I always like to work ahead so I don’t feel rushed at the last minute, and Halloween is the perfect time to do that.

When I was a kid, my favorite part of Halloween was putting on a costume and going trick-or-treating. There were always lots of kids in my neighborhood and we would all get together in our costumes, fill up our bags with candy, and go door-to-door saying “Trick or Treat!” Of course we would want to be something fun – like a superhero or princess or pirate – but we didn’t have the resources or skills to make those costumes. We had to make do with what we had or buy something simple from the store. And if you wanted to be something out of the ordinary – like Shego from Kim Possible – you were just out of luck.

Well, now that I’m all grown up and have my own costume design

Shego costume designer, you may have noticed that the site has been a little stale lately. The reason is that I’ve been busy working on my Shego costume for this year’s convention.

This time around, I wanted to go all out and create the most awesome Kim Possible cosplay ever created. To that end, I’ve spent the past few weeks scouring eBay and Etsy for the perfect accessories for my costume. After much searching and research, I’ve finally found what I’m looking for!

First of all, I needed to find a wig that matched the hair style used by my favorite Shego character from Kim Possible. Luckily, I was able to find a seller on eBay who offered two wigs for sale. One was named “Shego” and the other was labeled as “Shenron”.

Shego and Kim Possible are characters from the Disney cartoon show of the same name. Kim is a high school cheerleader, who saves the world — with a little help from her friend Ron Stoppable and his pet, Rufus. Shego is the villainess, who has a few tricks up her sleeve as well. If you’re planning to go to your next party as one of these ladies for Halloween, you’ll need a costume that’s true to character.

Shego is the catty nemesis of Kim Possible. Her eyes are green, so they’re easy to replicate with contact lenses available at many costume shops. She wears a black catsuit and gloves that match, with an emerald green sash tied around her waist. To style your hair like Shego’s, you’ll want a wig in a shade similar to her natural color: light brown or reddish brown. You can also dye your hair if you prefer not to wear a wig. Add some sparkly eye shadow in green or gold hues if you’d like; this is optional.

I have been looking for a Shego Costume for a while. I am looking for an authentic style that has the green skin and eyes. I have tried comic conventions but no one has ever heard of what I am talking about. I have been searching and searching trying to find someone who can make me one but so far no luck. If you don’t want to spend the time and money to make your own costume, however, there are several places you can purchase an off-the-rack version. The most popular place is probably eBay, but if you search using Google Product Search or Froogle, you can see many other options. In fact, I’m going to do that now and report back with my findings.
