1. What is your date of performance? Do you have any flexibility with this date?
2. Are there specific colors or fabrics required for the costume?

4. Do you need shoes as well? If so, what size/type?
5. Are you looking for other types of costumes as well? We could work on a package price for multiple items if this is something that interests you.
6. If you have any pictures of the costume that it needs to look like, please forward them to me. (We will always try our best to make a perfect match, but we cannot guarantee a 100% copy.)
7. Will the costume be used for more than one season? How many times will it be washed/worn before it is retired? (Some fabrics can stand up to heavy use better than others.)

I’m a professional costume designer who has been working as such for the past 25 years. I am a member of the union and have won an award or two. I’ve worked for Disney and for many regional theaters, first as a stitcher and then as a designer. Most of my work is done in Los Angeles, but occasionally I travel to work on shows in other areas. I don’t do Halloween costumes, except for the occasional commissioned child’s costume (and it’s not worth your money to hire me to make one unless your child is being paid to be in a film).
