Halloween Costume Inspiration- Pintrest Hacks to Thrify Your Halloweeen costume

Halloween is almost here. The holiday of costumes, candy, and trick-or-treating is on the horizon. If you are in charge of planning the halloween festivities at your office or home, then you might be looking for some inspiration.

One great website for finding creative ideas is Pintrest. If you haven’t already signed up for an account, I highly reccomend it. Pintrest has boards on every topic imaginable and lots of great ideas for decorating, cooking, gifts and crafts. They even have boards devoted to halloween costume ideas! I found this Tinkerbell costume idea on Pintrest and adapted it to fit my style. I think that it turned out really well!

I hope that this inspires you to make a Disney themed halloween costume this year!

I’m sharing my top 10 simple, unique and most importantly, inexpensive Halloween costume ideas that I’ve found on Pinterest. What’s great about many of the ideas here is that you can customize them for your own tastes if you want to by changing the colors or adding accessories. I’ve included the links to the original pins so you can see the details of how each costume was made.

If you’re tired of seeing the same old costumes at every party and want to explore more inventive ideas, then look no further than Pinterest. This year’s best DIYs are inspired by some of your favorite movies and television shows like Game of Thrones, American Horror Story, and Riverdale. Some people even reimagined their favorite characters like Paddington Bear, Tinkerbell, and Wonder Woman.

Tinker Bell Costume

So grab your glue guns and get ready to make Halloween magic happen with these incredible homemade costumes. From clasics to pop culture getups and everything in between, there’s something here for everyone — even your pet!

Oh my goodness, how cute is this Tinkerbell costume? I think this is the perfect costume for a little girl and her mom. The best part of this costume is that it’s so simple to make and you can use items that you already have at home.

You will need:

A white shirt

A green skirt

Green sneakers

Green tights

A green headband

Wings (you can buy them but you can also make them with hangers and tulle)

The Tinker Bell costume is a classic Disney Princess costume that every girl loves!

Recreate this look with just a few items:

1. A plain tutu in any color you like- the tutu can be short or long, depending on preference.

2. Green sparkly leggings or tights- You find these at any local Target store.

3. Green tank top- You can find this at any local Target store, as well as Walmart and Old Navy.

4. Green glitter shoes- These are optional, but if you have them, they will add that perfect finishing touch to your Tinker Bell costume!

This is a really good tutorial on how to make a Tink costume. I’m going to use it as inspiration for my own Tinkerbell costume this year. I will probably make my own wings because I don’t like the way those look. But the rest of this is pretty cute, and cheap!

Hi,

This is an application for the Tinkerbell costume. I saw this costume from your website and I really like it. I have a few questions about it, and can’t find it on the website.

1. If I order now, how soon can I get the costume? (As I need to prepare for my Halloween party on Oct 30th)

2. Can you customize the length of the skirt part?

3. I am 5’6″ and weight 130lbs, do you think medium size is fine?

Thanks
