How long will it take to receive my costume?

All orders are custom made and require a minimum of 2-4 weeks for creation and delivery. International orders have an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery.

If you need your costume by a certain date, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that rush charges may apply to rush orders, depending on the item(s) ordered and the date needed.

Costumes are made in the order they are received unless previously arranged with customer service. Costumes cannot be reserved without payment in full unless specified by customer service.

It usually takes about 5 to 7 days for your costume to arrive. Please understand that we are located in China, and international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping.

If you choose Standard Shipping, the estimated delivery date is approximately 4 to 15 business days from the time of order.

If you choose Expedited Shipping, the estimated delivery date is approximately 3 to 10 business days from the time of order.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number for the shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.

Once your costume leaves our store, it should arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from our location in Los Angeles, California.

Custom made costumes take 3-6 weeks to arrive.

Please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery. Expedited delivery is available on many costumes at an additional fee of $15.00.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail and will arrive to you within 3-5 business days after shipping. Items ordered before 12:00 pm PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST or on weekends will ship out the following business day.

Please note that all orders placed with PayPal eCheck payment method will only be processed and shipped once PayPal’s eCheck system has cleared the payment.
