How to Dress Up and Play Chucky from Bride of Chucky.

Chucky is one of the most popular Halloween costumes of all time. Although I’ve always loved dressing up as various horror characters, I’ve never tried my hand at a costume like Chucky before. My goal was to create a costume that would be scary, accurate, and also somewhat easy to make.

After some research, I decided to go with the Bride of Chucky version of Chucky. A few years ago, there was a new movie released called Seed of Chucky which brought back the Bride of Chucky look for Tiffany. That inspired me to make my own costume for Halloween this year. There are several advantages to doing the bride version because it’s more unique and has a female quality to it that makes it perfect for women who want to dress up as the evil doll couple.

I have always been a big fan of the movie “Bride of Chucky”. In this blog I will be sharing the process behind making my own chucky costume and mask. Hope you enjoy!

First step is to buy a dill doll online or from your local store. Once you have your doll, cut off the legs above the knees and remove all of the stuffing from the legs. You will then need to sew the bottom half closed. If you have no sewing experience, you can use super glue to glue it shut but beware you will not be able to take it off and put it back on again once its glued.

Once you have sewed the bottom half closed you will want to remove all of the stuffing from the upper half of his body. Once all of the stuffing is removed, sew up any holes where you removed the stuffing. Now that he has no stuffing inside, spray paint him with a light coat of brown paint.

Next up is to purchase a white t-shirt for chucky (or you can use an old one) and a pair of overalls that are too small for yourself or someone else in your family. The overalls should be brown with orange straps on them as well as orange buttons at the top.

Now that

Hello, my name is Chucky, wanna play? The inspiration for this costume was a combination of both the movies “Child’s Play” and “Bride of Chucky.” It’s not as easy to find a costume that is an exact match to the Bride of Chucky outfit, so I combined the two.

This year for Halloween I wanted to be something scary and fun at the same time. I decided on dressing up as “Chucky” from Bride of Chucky. After doing some research on how to make a Chucky costume I stumbled across Charles Lee Ray (the name of the killer before he became Chucky). After finding out who Charles Lee Ray was and what he looked like in real life (and in the movie) I decided that I wanted to mix his appearance with the look of Chucky from Bride of Chucky.

I’ve had many people tell me that they like my costume better than some of the actual costumes that are sold in stores. This costume is great if you’re going out with a group of friends and need a simple idea for a costume. It’s also pretty inexpensive compared to most store bought costumes.

So now let’s get started!

In this Instructable I will be showing you guys how to dress up as Chucky from Bride of Chucky.

I have made many costumes in the past, but this by far is my favorite.

I am not a professional, I am simply a guy who loves to make costumes.

This costume should be used for novelty purposes only.

Please refrain from using it to scare people or children (with the exception of your child). It’s just not cool.

So let’s get started!

Step 1

To get the Chucky face, I used a bald cap and painted it. The overall effect was good, though the paint looked kind of flat. This was mostly due to the fact that I had to spread it on very thinly in some places so that it would dry quickly. It dried quickly enough for me to wear it out, but not quickly enough for me to go outside.

Chucky is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the Child’s Play horror film series. He is portrayed by Brad Dourif in both live-action and voice-over; in Seed of Chucky (2004), he was portrayed by Billy Boyd. Chucky has appeared in six films, with a seventh due for release in 2021. He has been nominated for numerous awards, including “Best Villain” at the MTV Movie Awards, and placed thirty-fifth on Bravo’s 100 Scariest Movie Moments for his appearance in the first Child’s Play film. The character has also appeared in several comic books, two video games, merchandise related to the films, and an exhibi
