How To Make Iron Man Costume Step by Step

This is how to make a realistic iron man costume.

The first step is to create a 3D model for the suit and then 3D print it out using ABS plastic.

Make sure that you have enough material for each part of the costume such as: helmet, chest piece, arms, legs etc…

Hi, my name is Tony Stark and in this blog post, I’m going to tell you how to make a real iron man suit. I’m doing it because I have no life.

Making a real iron man suit is the dream of many people. If you are one of them, then you will find this guide very helpful. But you need to be aware that it takes time and money to make an awesome real iron man costume like mine.

The first step is to build the body of your suit. This can be done with various materials such as metal or plastic. You can also use some other things such as foam rubber if you want it to look more realistic but these will cost more money so make sure that you really want before buying anything else for your project!

Next up is the faceplate and helmet which are made from aluminum foil or tin foil paper glued together with hot glue gun onto cardboard boxes cut out in half lengthwise (so they fit over each side). Then paint them silver before cutting around them carefully so as not to damage any parts when removing from their original packaging.”””

The Iron Man suit is an outfit that appears in the Marvel Comics. The suit was made by Tony Stark, billionaire and genius inventor. He used the suit to escape from captivity and then began a career as a superhero. The Iron Man suit has been made into a movie and other media. A person who wants to make an Iron Man suit should follow these steps.

1. Make the torso of the costume (requires cardboard, duct tape, glue gun and utility knife). Cut a piece of cardboard that measures 24 inches by 14 inches. Make a cut out for the neck and shoulders on one end of the cardboard so that it can be worn like a vest around the chest. Cut more holes for the arms through both sides of the cardboard.

2. Add armor to the cardboard base (requires foam insulation sheets). Cover the entire piece of cardboard with foam insulation sheets using hot glue gun or super glue. The foam will add bulk to the torso area while also making it supple enough to fit comfortably on your body.

3. Add straps or hinges to secure it around your body (requires thick elastic straps). Add two thick elastic straps on each side of the costume through holes made in the insulation foam earlier on. These straps will be used to secure it

This project was done by the people at Punished Props Academy. I will be referencing the videos from their website in this tutorial.

My first step was to create a blueprint of the armor. This is much easier than it sounds, because I didn’t have to do any measuring or drawing. I simply used my laptop and projector to trace the pattern onto the fabric with chalk. (I didn’t use paint because it would make the fabric stiff).

The video below shows how this was done. The tutorial starts at about 2:45 minutes into the video:

The next step was to cut out each piece of fabric and glue them onto foam. This was very time consuming, but well worth it when you see how awesome it looks in the end!

Again, I didn’t have to do any measuring or cutting myself… I simply traced each piece from the projected image onto foam sheets with a sharpie marker. Then I cut them out with
