Bears are actually pretty cute, and I’m not just saying that because I’m a bear. There are many things you can do to make yourself look more like a bear for Halloween, or for any other reason.

1. Attach some fur to your body.

2. Draw on a black nose and eyes with eyeliner.

3. Put on some claws, like these bear claws we have in our store! They’re great!

4. Growl at people who explain to you that you aren’t really a bear because you aren’t covered in fur and don’t have claws and teeth and don’t weigh as much as an oak tree full of bowling balls. Bear up!

Halloween is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to start thinking about how to make your costume more bear-y attractive. The following tips will help you achieve a more convincing animalistic appearance.

The typical bear costume consists of a brown jumpsuit with an attached hood, which often features ears and eyes. However, a bear is not just a brown thing shaped like a bear. There are many different bears of many different shapes and sizes. You may want to research the type of bear you want to portray before choosing your costume.

If you want to be a black bear (Ursus americanus), for example, but get the wrong sort of costume, you may end up seeming more like a wolverine (Gulo gulo) or even a honey badger (Mellivora capensis). A little bit of biology can go a long way towards helping you look as realistic as possible in your costume.

Cute Bear Costume Tips

You may think of bears as big, scary animals that eat humans. But we think of them differently. We think of them as cute, cuddly animals that eat humans. So if you’ve decided to dress up as a bear for Halloween, you’re going to need a costume that’s simultaneously scary and adorable.

See, we humans are afraid of bears because they are huge and dangerous. But we also love bears because they are huge and dangerous. So you’re going to have to design a costume that frightens people and makes them say “Aw” at the same time.

Here are some ways to make your bear costume more bear-y attractive:

1) Use lots of brown fur. You can buy fake bear fur at most costume stores, but real bear fur works just as well. Just rub the fur all over your body until you look like a giant fuzzy bear!

2) Wear a lovable “belly” pillow on the front of your costume so people will want to hug you!

3) Don’t forget the claws! Nothing says “I am a terrifying bear” like long, sharp claws on your hands and feet!

4) Practice growling in front of the mirror

If it’s October, it must be time to start thinking about your Halloween costume! And if you’re having trouble deciding what to wear, you might consider making your costume bear-y attractive by dressing up as a bear. Here are some tips for making a bear costume that will have you looking the part and getting noticed.

Every year, as Halloween approaches, our company sells more bear costumes than any other animal. We can only speculate that our customers are hoping to replicate the success of the “Bear-ly Inhabitable” costume (pictured) which won The Prancing Spaniel’s costume contest last year. However, there is no need to look to your furry friends for inspiration! Bears are easy to make out of everyday household objects. Here are a few ideas:

1) Grab a large pot and attach cardboard ears to it. To make this costume even more bear-y attractive, spray paint the pot with black spots.

2) If you’re looking for an excuse to wear pajamas all day, simply trace a bear face on your chest and use two brown socks for ears.

3) Use a large cardboard box as a base for your head and cut holes in the sides for arm holes. Cut out two circles from poster board, spray paint them black and tape them onto the box or use string to attach them as ears. Be sure to leave some room inside the box so you can see out!

Bear costumes are a great way to show people how much you love bears. A lot of people like bears, but only the biggest fans go out and buy a bear costume.

If you’re just getting into bear costumes, then there are a few things that you should know. First of all, bear costumes can get expensive. If you don’t have a lot of money, then you might want to start with something less expensive like a rabbit costume or an elephant costume. You can always upgrade later.

The other thing that you need to know about bear costumes is that they’re often pretty big and heavy. If you’re going to be wearing your bear costume for more than an hour or so at a time, then you’ll want to make sure that it’s comfortable enough for extended wear. The last thing that you want is for your bear costume to be uncomfortable and cause rashes on your neck or back.

Bear costumes are also pretty hot and stuffy if they’re not made out of breathable material. I’ve had some friends who had bear costumes made out of polyester or nylon, and those were the worst! They made them sweat like crazy and gave them horrible rashes all over their bodies.
