Method One of Three: Gathering Materials

Get a white sheet. A full-sized white sheet will do just fine, but if you want you can use a smaller colored one instead. You can find them at any department store or craft store.[1]

Cut the sheet into a skirt shape. Fold the sheet in half so that it’s about two feet wide and as long as you want your skirt to be. Cut out three circles into the fold, one large circle in the center and two smaller ones above it.[2]

Decorate your skirt with lace trims or ribbons. You can also decorate it with stencils or fabric paint if you want. This is optional, but it will make your costume look more festive.[3]

Now that you have all the materials, its time to get started. First thing you want to do is take the tissue paper and cut out some random shapes. I made my shapes look like flowers, so i used a flower stencil and traced it onto the paper. Once you have done that, use your hot glue gun to glue the tissue paper onto your black skirt or leggings. Make sure the glue dries completely before moving on to the next step.

Next, take your plain white shirt and cut out a big V shape at the bottom of it. This will give it a more flowy look. Then take your red fabric paint and paint three stripes on each side of your shirt. After this step, we can move on to the makeup!

For this part of the costume you can be as creative as you want! You can try different colored eyeshadow or even fake eyelashes if you want an extra effect. I went with a simple flower eye design which was pretty easy to do.
