-Red fabric paint (I used Tulip brand.)

-Black fabric paint (Tulip again!)
-Paintbrushes of various sizes (I bought mine at Michaels.)
-A foam block or piece of cardboard to use

Her character was first introduced as Dr. Harleen Quinzel in Batman: The Animated Series, where she served as The Joker’s psychiatrist. She quickly fell for him, becoming his girlfriend and accomplice.
In 2016, Harley Quinn was brought to life on the big screen in Warner Bros.’ movie Suicide Squad (and for those who were lucky enough to see it in theaters early, you know that it does not disappoint). In this film, Margot Robbie plays Harley Quinn, the former psychiatrist turned criminal mastermind and sidekick to the Joker. She serves as one of the members of Task Force X (or Suicide Squad) and is forced to work alongside other super villains – but only under threat of death by bomb implanted in their necks.
