Recently, my daughter has been obsessed with The Little Mermaid. She even switches on the film, when I’m in the house and asks me to watch it with her. So, I decided to do some research on how to make an Ariel costume. Here are my top five results:

1. Buy a mermaid tail blanket, use a red t-shirt, cut out the fish and sew them on the front of it, as well as glue on some purple gems and make a crown out of gold paper.

2. Buy a green dress from your local thrift store or online, cut out a bunch of yellow triangles for the top of the dress(make sure you can still put the dress on), then glue some purple gems all over it. Finally, buy a flower crown from your local craft store or online and there you have it!

3. For this one you will need to buy a blue skirt from your local thrift store or online, then buy/make a purple shirt that is tight around your stomach but also not too tight that it might rip.
