You’ll need:
– Red Onesie
– Yellow Fabric Paint (or yellow felt or t-shirt material)
– Black Cloth Belt

Start by painting the yellow striping on your onesie with fabric paint, or cutting some yellow felt into narrow strips for a no-sew option.
