And they come in many shapes and sizes! It’s all about creating awareness through advertising (which will be my job).

This may seem surprising. After all, most parents are too lazy or cheap to buy their kids a real alien costume. They have to make do with something they already have at home: a sheet with eyeholes cut out of it.
Even so, aliens are the number one costume choice in every age group and income bracket. If you tried to design a business model that would maximize the chances that your average customer wanted to wear your product, this is exactly what you would come up with:
1. Design a product that everyone already owns, but which they don’t wear on any other day of the year.
2. On the day they will wear your product, let them choose from two options: (a) wear nothing special; (b) wear something different from everyone else — i.e., one of your products.
