Harley Quinn is one of the most popular characters in Batman: The Animated Series. She’s also one of the most popular Halloween costumes! Here’s a simple guide to making your own Harley Quinn costume.
Supplies:
White tank top (short or long)
Red & Black sweatpants (or shorts)
Black tennis shoes
Black eyeliner pencil or eyeliner crayon
Red nail polish
Pink makeup sponge and/or powder puff
Black liquid eyeliner (or black eyeshadow/eyeliner combo*)
Black eyeshadow* (*these are optional – can use black eyeliner instead)

Harley Quinn is a supervillain who is commonly known for being the Joker’s sidekick and girlfriend. She is also known for being a member of multiple villainous groups such as the Suicide Squad and the Secret Six.
Harley Quinn is a fictional character created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm who first appeared in Batman: The Animated Series in September 1992. Since then, she has gone on to become one of the most popular characters in the DC Universe.
Harley Quinn’s costume consists of a black-and-red color scheme, with a skintight bodysuit that has short sleeves, long pants, a wide belt around her waist, black boots with high heels and white accents on them, white gloves with red ruffles at the wrists, and red lipstick painted onto her lips. The costume also includes two large diamond-shaped earrings in her ears; these earrings are based upon those worn by Margot Robbie during filming of Suicide Squad (2016), where Robbie played Harley Quinn in live action for the first time.
