The biggest challenge in dressing up as Wednesday Addams is finding the right costume. In order to find the best costume on the market, you will need to do some research. There are many different options on the market today, but they are not all of equal quality or value.

2) The Dress: If you don’t want to spend time putting together an inflatable costume, then this dress might be for you. It’s made from 100% polyester and has an elastic waistband that makes it very comfortable as well as easy to put on/take off.

There are a few different ways to go about dressing like Wednesday Addams. Of course, you can always buy a costume, but it’s much more fun to make your own. Here are a few options you can choose from.
Black Dress
Look for a plain black dress. The kind with buttons up the front and often worn with a white collar. It should be long sleeved and come down to the middle of your shin. Look in thrift stores and online until you find one that looks like it would fit Wednesday Addams perfectly.
Braids
Wednesday is known for her two braids that always hang down at her sides. If you have curly or wavy hair, this will be easy for you to accomplish. If not, use hair gel or curlers to create curls and then braid the hair on either side of your head so it hangs down your front. If you have blonde or brown hair, make sure to dye it black so that it matches Wednesday’s locks perfectly!
Shoes
Wednesday is never seen without her Mary Jane shoes, so find some that fit you well and wear them whenever you wear your Wednesday Addams costume!
Ever since The Addams Family was released in 1991, Wednesday Addams has been a style icon to girls and women of all ages.

First off, the clothes:

1. Black dress – I found a black dress at Goodwill that had white trim around the collar and sleeves. If you can’t find a dress like this, don’t worry, just buy a black dress that has long sleeves and maybe add some white trim around the collar or on the sleeves yourself.
2. White collared shirt – I bought a white collared shirt from H&M that had ruffles down the front of it. This was really important because Wednesday always wore ruffled shirts under her black dresses. As an alternative, you could use a white undershirt or blouse with ruffles sewn on by hand.
3. Long black socks or leggings – I didn’t have any long socks so I just used some leggings that were already in my closet.
4. Black flats
