You don’t have to spend a lot of money on a store-bought outfit when it’s easy to make your own!

Step 1: Find The Right Clothes

The first step in making your own homemade Robin costume is to find the right clothes. Any red shirt will work as long as it has short sleeves, but try to find one that has a bit of texture to mimic Robin’s uniform. Step 1: Make the chest piece. Materials needed: Red foam and yellow foam, as well as black and green fabric(or any color you wish), and white paint, red sharpie, and yellow paper. The tutorial shows how to cut out the pieces of foam to make this work. It also shows how to glue these pieces together, with the fabric on top of them. How to Make a Robin Costume

So you want to be the Boy Wonder this Halloween? Here’s how to make the costume at home.

Robin is Batman’s sidekick and protégé. His real name is Dick Grayson and he is Batman’s ward. He also goes by Nightwing, and as an adult was a member of the Teen Titans. There are few other comic book characters that have had so many incarnations and so many controversies. The character has been played on screen by Burt Ward (as Robin), Chris O’Donnell (as Robin), and Jesse Eisengerg (as Nightwing).

Materials Needed: A green shirt and short combination, red cape, yellow belt, green domino eye mask, green gloves, black boots or shoes. If you can’t find a red cape in the store, you can make one from a piece of fabric found at any craft store.

Step 1: Buy a green t-shirt with sleeves that extend slightly past your shoulder, as well as some matching shorts for below the waist. If you can’t find a combination that matches, buy two separate pieces of clothing that are relatively close in color.

Step 2: Purchase a red cape – or make your own – with an elastic band

If you are looking for a costume that will have people in stitches, then the Robin Costume from Batman is an excellent choice. The Teen Titan’s sidekick is one of the funniest characters in the DC universe and there are some great moments that you can recreate with this costume.

The Robin Costume is also a popular choice because it’s a relatively easy costume to pull off, especially if you are on a budget. It’s not quite as simple as the Joker or Superman costumes, but it’s still pretty easy to make.

Step 1: Get a red t-shirt and cut the sleeves at armpit level. You will only be using this for the color, not for the top part of your costume.

Step 2: Use a piece of yellow fabric or felt to make a belt.

Step 3: Cut out some felt or foam triangles to use as feathers for the wings and glue them onto an old bathrobe.

Step 4: Place the bathrobe over your shoulders with the wings on your back, and use safety pins to pin it together in front.

Step 5: Attach a pair of tights to the bathrobe at your shoulders and wear them like pants.

Step 6: Use two orange slices as shoes.

You now have a functioning Robin costume!

Robin Hood has gone through a lot of changes over the years. In the original tale, Robin was a yeoman and not a nobleman. His costume reflects this, consisting of green tunic, tights, a belt, and a cap.

To make your own Robin Hood costume you will need the following items:

1. A green tunic and tights for your base outfit.

2. A leather belt to tie around your waist.

3. A leather pouch to attach to your belt at the hip and carry around your tools in. You can also use this to store any money or other valuables you collect while begging for alms or doing good deeds.

4. A brown hat with a feather in it to wear on your head. This is optional but adds to the look of the outfit.
