First, you need to find what kind of shirt or dress you will be wearing. You can easily find a shirt at any thrift store. You can also wear a dress if you prefer. Just make sure that it has a bright color or prints on it. If you can’t find anything at the thrift store, I would suggest checking out your closet or even finding an outfit from another decade and adding some 70s accessories to it.

Next, find a pair of bell-bottom pants or flares. You could even find some shorts to wear with a pair of tights underneath. The pants are really easy to find at any thrift store as well. They are usually very cheap too! Also don’t forget about platform shoes too!

You can also add some jewelry to your outfit as well! Think about what kind of jewelry was popular in the 1970s: big hoop earrings and chunky bracelets were very popular during this time period (and still are today).
