Hopefully after reading this article, you will be able to create your own venom costume in no time! So without further ado, here we go…

Step 1: Gather Materials

The materials you need to start your own venom costume are as follows:

1. 1 Black Zentai Suit

2. Black Craft Foam

3. Hot glue gun

4. Black Chalk or Black Paint

5. White Acrylic Paint or White Chalk

6. Paint Brushes

7. Optional- Red Fabric and Hot Glue Gun (For the tongue)

Step 2: Draw/Trace Symbiote Pattern onto Black Zentai Suit

It is important to obtain a black zentai suit that fits your body well and comfortably in order for the final product to be convincing, so take your time in finding one that you like! After you’ve found a suit, grab your white chalk or paint and begin outlining the pattern onto the suit. Do not worry about making mistakes, it is easier to cover them up with more black paint than it is to try and fix them later on!

You have been inspired by Venom and you want to create your own unique Venom costume. This guide will help you do just that.

Step 1:

Gather materials that you will use to create the suit:

1/2 yard red spandex fabric

1/2 yard black spandex fabric

1/2 yard white fleece fabric

1/2 yard thin foam padding (comes in a roll)

Step 2:

First, take the black spandex fabric and drape it around your torso and arms. Take a marker and mark where your fingers end on both arms, as well as where your wrists, elbows, shoulders and neck are. Mark all of these locations on the fabric. Then remove the fabric from your body and cut off the excess so you have a piece of fabric with only your arm markings on it. Do this for both arms.

Next, you will make another pattern for your legs. Drape the black spandex around your waist and legs. Mark where you want the bottom of the leggings to be, ankles, knees, thighs and hips. Cut off any excess fabric so that you are left with a piece of material with all of these markings on it. Do this for both legs as

Venom is one of the most popular villains in the world today, partly because he’s awesome and partly because people are looking forward to Tom Hardy’s upcoming portrayal of the character in the Venom movie. It’s no surprise then that more people than ever before will be looking to create their own Venom costume this Halloween.

Creating Your Own Venom Costume Is Easier Than You Think!

There are lots of ways to make a homemade Venom costume and we’re going to be focusing on three different methods: sewing your own, buying a pre-made suit and doing it yourself, and making a mask out of paper mache. If you’re crafty enough, you could probably combine all three methods together and end up with something really awesome!

The time has come to create your very own Venom costume.

You will need:

1) A black hooded sweatshirt or jacket, preferably with a zipper front.

2) Several shades of red and purple acrylic paint (two ounces each)

3) Fabric glue

4) Scissors or an X-acto knife and cutting mat

5) White felt

6) Black leggings or tights

7) Black shoes, boots or sneakers

8) Optional: white gloves, white fabric paint, red and black face makeup, plastic fangs (for children only!)

Step 1: Use your white felt to cut out several large tooth shapes and two small eye pieces. Using the fabric glue, attach the teeth around the edge of the hood. Attach the eyes to the back of your sweatshirt/jacket in such a way that they can be seen from behind when you put on the jacket and do up the zipper. Allow to dry thoroughly before wearing! Note: it is helpful if you can detach the hood from your jacket for this step.

When it comes to superhero villains, Venom is one of the most popular and most recognizable. Whether you are dressing up for a costume party or have decided to be a part of a superhero-themed big event, this is one option that will always make an impression.

That being said, while it might be easy to find costumes in stores and online, not everyone can afford to spend $40 or more on something they might only wear once. Not only that, but for those who are more into DIY projects, buying costumes might not even be an option at all.

Fortunately, creating a Venom costume is not as difficult as you might think. Today we’re going to go over how you can create your very own Venom costume from scratch. You’ll want to plan ahead and start early (especially if Halloween is just around the corner). With that out of the way, let’s get started!
