How To Transform Your Hair Into Cruella De Vil
For those who don’t know, Cruella de Vil is probably one of the most iconic Disney villains ever created. Her look is so distinctive, and it’s amazing how popular it still is today (and not just for Halloween costumes). Here are a few products that can help you achieve this classic look.
1. Black and White Hair
While Cruella’s hair is black and white, you don’t need to bleach your whole head to get this look. Instead, try wearing a wig or extensions that have been highlighted with white highlights on the top layer of hair (or underneath if you want them to be more subtle). You could also try using temporary hair color sprays like those by Manic Panic or Color Freak by Jerome Russell. If you’re going for a short-term transformation then I would recommend using spray on colors because they wash out easily after use.
2. Red Lipstick
Cruella wears bright red lipstick in the film but you don’t need to go that far! Red lip gloss will work just fine and looks great paired with dark eye makeup like black eyeliner and mascara on top lashes only (no bottom lashes needed here!). If it’s too much for you then

Cruella De Vil is one of the main antagonists in Disney’s 101 Dalmatians. She is an evil woman who wants to make fur coats out of dalmatian puppies, and is seen as one of the most iconic Disney villains of all time. She is also known for her incredibly long, black and white hair. This tutorial will show you how to create a fun and spooky hairstyle for Halloween or costume parties.

If you’re a hair stylist or a client looking for a fun Halloween costume, Cruella de Vil is an excellent choice. Her unique two-toned hair makes her stand out as a character and will also make you stand out at your Halloween party!
To transform your hair into Cruella De Vil, you’ll need to dye it half black and half red (or white). If you don’t want to permanently dye your hair, you can use colored wigs or colored hair extensions. To get the look of Cruella De Vil’s hairstyle (which is usually done up in curls), use a 1-inch curling iron.

Her hair is half black and half white, so you can get this look by using our two-color wigs. There is a version that has all of her hair straight, or you can choose one with curls if you want to be as voluminous as Cruella. Some also come with her signature black and white headband, which has a red bow on it.
They’re easy to put on and adjust thanks to their grips and hooks, so you can have your hair ready in no time at all.

The most important part of this look is, of course, the hair. If you have black hair, you can just add a white streak and be done with it. However, if you have blonde hair like me, you will have to add a black streak.
To do this, I bought two tubes of Manic Panic dye in the colors “Electric Lizard” and “Atomic Turquoise.” You’ll also want to get gloves for handling the dye and some petroleum jelly. Apply petroleum jelly to your ears and all around your hairline to prevent any dye from getting on your skin.
Next, apply the white dye to the strand of hair that you want to turn into Cruella’s streak and use a comb or brush to spread it evenly through your hair. Then comb out your entire head of hair so that there are no tangles or knots. You will have to dye the rest of your head once the white starts showing through in places where it shouldn’t be.
Now wrap up your hair with plastic wrap (I used a plastic bag). Leave the white dye on for about 3 hours because Manic Panic takes longer than regular dyes to show up on bleached or light-colored hair. After three hours, take off the plastic wrap and
