Break out of your tower and celebrate Halloween with this Rapunzel costume. This is the best Disney princess costume you can find, and it’s easy to make!
You’ll need:
a white dress with a yellow bodice*
long brown yarn*
scissors*
1. To start, cut your yarn into long strands that are all the same length. I’m showing our strands here laid out on a flat surface, but you can do this right on your head as well. Just make sure they’re all even.*
2. Next, take some of the strands and tie them together at one end.*
3. Now it’s time to braid! Braid the yarn like you would braid any other hair or fabric.*
4. Keep braiding until you run out of yarn, then tie the bottom off like you did at the top.*
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until you’ve made enough braids for around your head.*
6. The next step is attaching these braids to your head in order to get Rapunzel’s iconic style.*
7. Dress up in your Rapunzel costume and take down your hair! It’s time for some fun!
