Happy Halloween!
It’s that time of year again. Time for candy and costumes! If you don’t have your costume yet, may I suggest a werewolf outfit? Nothing says “Halloween” like an anthropomorphic wolf. It’s fun for the whole family. We still have a few available for sale on our website. Just click here to see the selection!
Hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween!
Sincerely,
The Werewolf Costume Team

Werewolf Costume Looks So Real It Scared People At A Carnival
This past weekend, the festival of Saint Louis in the French town of Lavardac took place. A festival which includes some pretty elaborate costumes and masks. But one man went a little too realistic with his werewolf mask, terrifying visitors to the event.
According to reports, people were so scared that they called the police when they saw him walking through the streets. Officers said they could not find anything illegal about the costume and that he would be allowed to attend the event, but he had to take off his costume and walk home, escorted by police.
The festival committee has since announced that anyone at next year’s event who arrives wearing a mask that hides their face entirely will be denied entry.
This is one of the most common questions we receive, so I thought I’d answer it in a blog post.
The first thing to keep in mind is that there are no werewolves. Werewolves are fictional characters from horror movies and books. They are not real. There are no such things as werewolves. Werewolves do not exist.
But if you wanted to dress up as a werewolf for Halloween or for some other event, you could get a werewolf costume. Dressing up as a werewolf for Halloween is fun, and your friends will laugh at how silly you look in your werewolf costume.
You can also wear your werewolf costume to go trick-or-treating with your friends. Trick-or-treating is when you go around to various houses asking strangers for candy or money while wearing a silly costume like a werewolf costume or a clown costume or even a ghost costume! It’s very fun!

I got my werewolf costume for Halloween. It’s a pretty good costume. I hope it helps me trick-or-treat better. I think the full moon will help as well.
I can’t wait to dress up as a werewolf and go trick-or-treating this Halloween! Luckily, the werewolf costume I bought at Walmart fits me very well. The full moon is also on Halloween this year, so I’ll be able to show off my werewolf costume in all its glory.
I am very excited about my werewolf costume. My friends are going to be jealous of my awesome werewolf look this Halloween!
If you are planning on going out as a werewolf this year, here is a quick how-to guide for the perfect costume.
The first step is to get the right clothes. Werewolves are wolves, so you will want to find some clothes that resemble wolf fur. You may be able to find a fur coat at a thrift store and use that, but most thrift stores won’t have furs that big. While you can also try to get faux fur from a fabric store, it is usually expensive. Also, since you’re dressing up like an animal with sharp teeth and claws, you probably don’t want your costume ripped apart when you wander into a tree branch or someone’s dog goes after it.
That’s why my suggestion is to make your own DIY fur out of recycled plastic shopping bags and other items from around the house.
A large part of the reason you are unlikely to find a werewolf costume in your local costume shop is that werewolves are not especially popular. The other large part is that most people don’t know what “a werewolf costume” means. If you have seen a movie featuring werewolves, chances are what you saw was someone in a wolf suit, with fake blood dripping from their mouth and maybe some prosthetic hands with long claws. Perhaps the person was wearing a torn-up tuxedo or some other clothing that looked like it had been through hell.
But this is not a werewolf costume; it’s just a fancy Halloween wolf mask and some tattered clothes. If the person wearing the mask has long claws, he or she probably bought them separately (and I would bet on separately). They may have even been sold as “werewolf claws.” It’s not that there’s anything wrong with this look – if you think it looks cool, then by all means go for it – but if you’re looking for something stylistically more authentic to either cinematic portrayals of the mythological beast or actual real-world traditions of dressing up as one, then you’ll need to do something different. Firstly, let me say what doesn’t constitute a werewolf costume
