Last Halloween I was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. My first time cosplaying and I loved it. Everyone knew who I was, I felt like a star.
It was all thanks to this amazing wig! I bought the wig from Amazon for $20. It looked brand new, with the blue bow still intact. The costume I got for about $50 at a thrift shop, then made the basket myself by getting a plain picnic basket at Target and gluing flowers & red ribbon on.
