What Could a T-Rex Wear if He Were Alive Today?

A blog about t-rex costumes and the people that wear them.

Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about T-Rex costumes. Specifically, what kind of T-Rex costume would be most suitable for a T-Rex to wear if he were alive today?

Does this question make you feel unsure or uncomfortable? Please don’t be alarmed! You are not alone in your confusion.

To clarify, I am not referring to the dinosaur itself wearing a costume, which is clearly impossible and completely insane. Rather, I am referring to an actual person wearing a T-Rex costume in public places like the zoo or the mall.

So what can we conclude from this wealth of data? Well, several things:

1) A T-Rex should never go anywhere without his trusty backpack!

2) A T-Rex should always carry his own water bottle!

3) A T-Rex would be best suited to wear a white T-Rex costume with blue accents!

Have you ever wondered what a T-Rex would wear if he were alive today? Let’s face it: after 65 million years, that old bone suit just isn’t going to cut it anymore. You can’t walk around with your tail dragging on the ground all day, or your tiny little arms hanging out the side of the car when you go for a drive.

But there’s no need to worry, because I’ve got you covered! With my help and fashion expertise, you will have all the information you need to make sure that as far as everyone is concerned, you are alive and well and living in this century.

I’ve always wondered about what the T-Rex wore on those long and lonely nights. Or was it long and lonely days? Honestly I’m not sure and Wikipedia doesn’t have anything on this topic. A dinosaur costume might be the answer, but where does a T-Rex put his keys? Are there even pockets in a T-Rex costume that’s been custom made for him?

This blog is my attempt to answer this age old question.

Have you ever considered wearing a T-Rex costume? Probably not. But there are people out there that have and have acted on those thoughts. These people have taken the time to design, build and wear costumes of all different types and sizes. This blog is dedicated to documenting those brave souls that have dared to become one with their inner dinosaur. We hope this blog can provide information, inspiration and entertainment for all ages!

A T-rex costume is an inflatable suit that you wear that makes you look like a T-rex. It’s made of polyester and has a small fan inside to help it stay inflated. When you put it on, it goes right over your head and down to your feet. The most popular brand is probably the T-Rex Inflatable Mascot Costume from Amazon. It’s fun to wear at parties and other events and is also a great way to make money as a mascot for companies or schools.

It’s always been a dream of mine to have my own T-Rex costume, so I decided to start this blog to share my experiences in finding the perfect one and wearing it all over town. I hope you enjoy it!

All things considered, it’s not a bad gig.

“Everyone wants to see the T-Rex costume,” said Naomi Mathews, who’s been in character as an 8-foot tall Tyrannosaurus Rex at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis for over five years. “The kids love it. The parents love it.”

Mathews is one of many performers whose job it is to bring the museum exhibits to life. She has worked across the country as a dinosaur performer, and at other children’s museums she’s played giant bugs, sea creatures and even mammals.

But nothing tops the T-Rex.

“It’s just this iconic animal,” Mathews said. “I think everyone loves dinosaurs.”
