2. Skeleton Costume Makeup
Even if you bought a premade skeleton costume, you’ll still want to add a little extra makeup to make your look even more realistic. If you’re not sure how to create the look, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube and Instagram to help out.
The key is to use black and white face paint with a pointed tip brush. Use the black paint in a small brush to outline your bones and with larger tips filled in with white paint. Then, you can use gray or silver paint for your ribs and hips. You can also use gray eyeshadow in an angled brush for the same effect.
If you have long hair, you can part it down the middle and braid it into two pigtails, then spray them white so they look like bones. You can also add glitter and rhinestones to your makeup if you’re feeling festive!
