How to Make a Frozen Elsa Costume

This Elsa costume is amazing, and I’ll show you how to make it. I made this for my daughter’s 3rd birthday, and she loved it! It was a huge hit with her friends, and she felt so special.

My daughter loves dressing up as Elsa from the movie Frozen. We have several Frozen costumes, but none of them are very magical. They are all just plastic with glitter on them, and they are not at all fluffy or sparkly like the real Elsa dress. I decided to make my own costume for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. Here is how I did it:

Supplies Needed:

-White fabric (I used white chiffon) -long enough to wrap around your child’s body 4 times (you can adjust this depending on how puffy you want the dress) -wide enough to wrap around your child’s body 4 times (again, this can be adjusted) -1/4 yard of blue shimmer fabric (for the sleeves) -1/4 yard of light blue shimmer fabric (for the skirt) -7 feet of 1″ elastic (for the waistband)- *optional* -7 feet of 1/2″ elastic (
